SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Handcrafted by Cris processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, independence Day, Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is on its way you will receive a shipping notification via email. Once the package has been shipped, We are not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment.

REFUND POLICY

We only offer refunds or replacement items in the event that your jewelry is broken upon arrival. Otherwise, we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges.
